This sounds good I do things like that as well for left overs. When you don't have the time to cook lunch or can't find healthy foods while you are out. This way you can take it with you.

I am not much for spending time in the kitchen so my meals need to be fast. I enjoy making a large stir fry and then spreading it out over the week. I do not mind left overs!! :0)
For lunch today I have some raw carrots and celery and a vegetable stir fry. I will put on top of bean sprouts and heat in the microwave at work. I also have a 100g serving of Astr0% yogourt.
