I have a stationary bike, but when I don't feel like doing that after work, I dance with my girls. They love it and then I pick them up as well to get in some upper body strength training in. I also love jumping jacks, jumping rope, skipping. Dancing is easy and it burns a ton of calories.
1 bite at a time = 1 choice at a time.
Choice is in our power; take the power and run.

The women sing songs of Worship to make their journey only a step away.
The women sing! the women sing to be free!
The women sing to possess themselves for a moment at least.
