I have a stationary bike, but when I don't feel like doing that after work, I dance with my girls. They love it and then I pick them up as well to get in some upper body strength training in. I also love jumping jacks, jumping rope, skipping. Dancing is easy and it burns a ton of calories.

I snuck in some lower body workouts during lunch and I feel great...it is raining down here so that may alter my cardio routine after work....anybody got good ideas for at home cardio (dont like tae bo that much and running after my daughter doesnt burn enough calories lol)
