Despite a large amount of stressful issues at work, I am doing well. Did a 2 mile walk this morning and had a salad with grilled chicken for lunch.
I used to skip breakfast...no longer! I find that when I eat a healthy breakfast I am motivated to eat a healthy lunch and watch my calorie intake.
