Stacey could you give an example of what your daily eating plan is like? I kinda of skimed a look at the store to see if it was something i would be interested and i did not see an actual sample food daily list just about when to eat protein or carb or etc.

Did you buy the book? I have it and was doing really good with the carb cycling.... until I went on vacation and my whole routine was lost. I do like the carb cycling technique as I don't feel so deprived and did lose weight. It requires a lot of preparation though, I believe more so than other plans.
Has anyone read this book? Applied it's teachings? etc...
I'm thinking of buying the book - but would love some feedback from this group.
