Fantastic! I'm so glad you wrote about this. I had forgotten about BodyFlex too and only remembered once I was here on SparkPeople. It's so great you can feel it. Do you feel more energized too? I do. I have been doing zero exercise for the last few days - I was really feeling sick . . . (insert any excuse you want here. . . .) but your letter helps me feel motivated. I'm going to do some of the breathing right now! Well as soon as I sign off.

I just finished 6 mins of Body Flex, I catch up on the rest. WOW I forgot You really do feel the Burn. Good that means some of my fat is being used for energy And I also forgot you need to exhale the old stale air first. I am so used to inhaling first. I guess this is my I also did the instructional tape this morning and Yesterday too. Maybe I'm on Day 2 now. I can't get on the floor yet. But if today and yesterday are any indications, I'll be doing floor exercises on the floor before the month is over. My plan is to do 2-3 time a day. Until I can feel good enough to get the whole 18 minutes done at one time. "I Feel Good" doo do doo do doo do doo! Thanks you James.
