Hi. I am tracking the Body Flex workout by putting it under Cardio and manually putting "Body Flex"

minutes "15"

and calories burned "875" .

875 calories is the estimated total that will be burned throughout the day after the workout.

I'm glad I'm getting back into this kind of breathing plus isometrics, but honestly, if you have the body flex, it's every bit as good. Seriously.

I have the original BodyFlex from many years ago. The most recent program I got from Greer was the Shapley Secrets set. Didn't have much success with that though!

If you're looking for original bodyflex check out Amazon.com they also have her book. The new program is at www.abdonda.com. I haven't tried that yet. I believe amazon.com may have that as well.

Yes, I love Greer's figure! Hope I look that good when I'm her age! Heck, I wish I looked that good now!

Thanks for the info...I haven't done BodyFlex for a long time. I had no idea she had a new program out. I don't catch infomercials. Where or how could I find it online? I am curious...would love to have
her figure!!!

I've been doing the 20 minutes winsor pilates circle workout and walking. But I think the biggest thing that has helped me lose weight is keeping track of my eating!!! Plus, I don't weigh myself--the only numbers I keep track of is my daily exercise numbers and nutrition numbers. I always hated with weight watchers getting weighed every week and it didn't amount to much or anything at all! I hated that feeling--working so hard and not seeing it on the scale. Bodyflex really helped me in the past and I want to add it to my routine again. I only know how much I've lost by doctor's appointments! High blood pressure is my biggest inspiration to lose--want to get off the hbp drugs!

It's called Abdonda and Greer is marketing it on late night tv infomercials. But I bought mine online.

As when I bought Body Flex, I was pretty po'ed at the marketing tools she uses. I get it, she thinks she just has one shot at selling us stuff, but it was a turn off when I finished and there was no way to correct my order. The reason I wanted to correct the order was because the "free" cardio dvd turned out to cost another $7 (about) just for shipping and handling and I was going to give it up, but I couldn't. The deal was done when it was done. And then I got a call from someone who wanted to "offer" me $100 just to try their coupons for a month and then wanted my full credit card number. I don't give that out over the phone - I've been burned before. So they withdrew the offer - good - I never wanted it any way.

Still it is good to be back in touch with the basic technique. Somehow I'd completely forgotten. Greer is still gorgeous Greer. She is clear and her instructions are simple. I'm so big around the middle that I don't even know if I'm sucking my abs in . . . but I'm sure trying.

I don't have a dvd player in the bedroom so doing the ab exercises in bed isn't happening for me. I do them on the floor.

But, yeah , I like it. I'm still going to look for her book. I don't know where mine is, but I think it had a lot of good tips.

Have you done Body Flex? Have you lost the weight with it?

I sure hope this works, i'm in terrible shape - the worst I've ever been in and this would be a literal life saver for me if it works.

I'm sure the feeling your feel after doing abdonda is not in your head! Consistency seems to be the key with bodyflex. I need to get back into it more consistently. I love how I feel after doing it! Keep up the good work!

I got the Abdonda dvd's. It's basically the body flex breathing with isometric exercises. It takes 7 minutes. She keeps holding the isometric contraction after she releases her breath for another 15 seconds or so. I don't know why, but I think that I feel better and more energized. Maybe it's all in my head. I sure hope it works. I need something to work.

I count the bodyflex exercises as moderate calisthenics under cardio and then the number of minutes I do it. What new product did you get? Let us know your results! Good Luck! emoticon
