This exercise has you into an aerobic state within about 30 seconds without running or jumping around. I couldn't find a direct answer to the calorie-burn during BF, but being that it's equated to "aerobics", I divided the calories burned (286) of a high-impact 30-min. workout by 2 and came up with 143. Being that I haven't done this in a while, I'm starting out slow by doing BF once a day for this week. Mornings work best for me, so when I increase to 2X a day, I will do one session before breakfast (after everyone leaves of course LOL), then again before leaving for work.
