I like that. I have a small group so we would have to toss the ball around many times to make a web, so we will learn a lot about each other.
I will share with the leaders at our next SU meeting, it's a great idea.
That sounds like fun. I will mention it to the other leaders. Thanks.

You will need ball of yarn
Sit your troop in a circle - One leader starts the game by introducing herself and selecting a girl to do the same. Make sure to hold onto the end of the yarn by winding the yarn around a finger, encourage the girls to wind it and hold on tight, as they toss the yarn around the circle it will make a spider web.
For Juniors and above:
To introduce yourself you can plan a game within a game - Say your name, a place to visit and how to get there all starting with the first initial in your name- for example - My name is Jeanne and I am going to Japan in a Jalopy. To unwind the web - you can share other info - a favorite food, how many are in your family, pets, hobbies, sport, ect.
For Daisy and Brownie - simpler games - name, how many in family, pets, hobby, ect.
