I guess I should record my wt. here also. Regained a few so now I am at 234.2. Started a new regime, much stricter than before, but still have to get a few more exercises in during the day.

O.K., I will put this down to get the thread started again. Not happy with the number but it is what it is. 163 on July 13,2010, sure had hoped to be lower but that means I have things to work on RIGHT!?

I've lost 14 lbs since I started Spark people 6 months ago. Another 3 to go before dr's appt. in 3 weeks! Then I can reset my goal (Long term goal is 205)

Wow, I didn't see this thread... until now that is!

I last went to the physician on March 18th, when I weighed in at 277 lbs. This Monday morning, my weight on a professional physician's scale was 252 lbs...

25 lbs! Go me!

I had a loss of 2 pounds this week! That makes a total of 6 pounds since my start. Woohoo!

Hi - Here to report my loss since I restarted Apr. 5
I lost 10 lbs.

And I have been drinking over 10 glasses of water each day since then but I guess I haven't reported it to you guys.

I'd like to try the SP meal plan, but with our household of 8 I think it would not be flexible enough. Thankfully our kids love fruits and vegetables, so it's pretty easy to keep us on a healthy meal track.

Cool that both you and your husband are on the same page with it! That WOULD really help in the meal/grocery planning areas!

April - The nutrition part has been a lot better because I've been doing the SparkPeople meal plan instead of following my own because when I was following my own I was going over in some categories or coming under. I decided to try their plan to get a better grasp on things and then hopefully at some point I won't need it! (Also, got my hubby to join and he's following the meal plan as well...makes grocery shopping and meal planning so much easier!)

Forgot to weigh in yesterday so I did it this morning. No change, still the same. I'm calling this a win though because I started fertility injections Wednesday night and I have spoken with several women who have GAINED up to 10lbs while on them. So by not gaining is a win for me. Especially since I haven't done any cardio since starting them because that can overly stimulate things and I don't need a baseball team!!

Hey guys, I'm at 148.6 right now, but that's probably because it's my birthday and I was taken out to eat lol. I've started a new workout program, and boy am I sore. I expect to fluctuate this week.. I'm back on track. I'm pretty sure it's just water weight.

Btw, I've upped my calories to 1800 in the least on offdays. We'll see how it goes. I will weigh in next monday to see the Tally :) Good work everyone.

I weigh in every morning. I know I should only do it once a week but I can't help but step on the scale every morning..... I only record it on Fridays though. I tend to "over eat" on the weekends and eat more snack foods when hubby is home so I like to weigh in and record before the weekend, so I have the whole rest of the week to burn those calories before weighing in again.... Right now though I'm swollen a lot so I am not recording it but still stepping on the scale....
