Challenge for Monday

Cardio: 30 Mins done 30 mins more to go

1.Set an alarm to go off every hour. Take at least 1 minute to stand up and stretch, walk around or take a break.

2.Floor squats
Wall push ups DONE
Ball dead lifts
Biceps curl with lateral raise DONE
Triceps press (overhead) DONE
Crossover crunches

3. Do following stretches you can pick from this or decide for yourself too
Hip Flexor Stretch DONE
Hamstring Stretch DONE
Lunge Stretch DONE
Chest Stretch/Ball DONE
Full Stretch DONE

4.Nutrition- Eat meal or snack with no distractions - no TV, reading, driving, conversation, etc.

NO dinner in front of tv

5.Mind; 3 mins meditation DONE
