This week back to basics for me
If any one wants they can decide their personal challenge which you are facing to start with I am doing just basic things this week from next week specifics
1. Track your food daily.(every bite of it)
2. Track fiber
3. Have your 8-10 cups of water
4. Sodium no more than 2300-2600

Oct 1st Thursday: 1: Check 2: 39gm 3: check 4: no 3915 mg
Oct 2nd Friday: 1: Done 2: 32 gm 3: done 4: No still struggling 3200 mg
Oct3rd Saturday: 1: 2: 3: 4:
Oct 4th Sunday: 1: 2: 3: 4:
