Didn't get a chance or remember to do yesterday but made up for it today
Standing Pushups - 2 sets of 20
Squats - 2 sets of 25
Standing Calf Raises on Steps - 2 sets of 20
Sitting Leg Extensions - 2 sets of 15

Rekha - I love these challenges because I find they get me motivated! My biggest challenge is trying to do them without drawing attention cuz I feel embarrassed to do this if anyone (including family) is around LOL
Doesn't matter, I am going to do some of these while I am on conference calls in my office

and for workout challenged people like me ... its
1. 20 jumping jacks or jog at one place while that pot is simmering .
2.20 wall push ups
5 minuets are over
