Not sure how to reply this - keeping silent would mean I am not participating anyway...so here goes.

Can't do any. Even walking is an effort. bad health days with right nostril still blocked - breathing is not easy. Sorry!

There should be no excuses for not doing this and fitting in exercise without actually setting aside time for it!

Completed 1 set of lunges and 1 set of squats

Everyone can find 5 minutes. 5 minutes while your coffee is brewing. 5 minutes while you wait for the shower. 5 minutes while you are cooking dinner. 5 minutes when you wake up, or right before bed. There are no excuses for 5 minutes especially for people like me who just have all or nothing approach

Today is 5 mins of extra workout

2 sets of 20 lunges 2 sets of squats.

come on its just 5 minutes out of 1440 mins in day
