Rekha - I just updated my goals and it changed my recommended ranges which I am now adding below! Maybe that's why I wasn't losing weight - I was eating too much!

Start = 168 lb
End =


Spark recommended / my target
cal = 1200-1550 / 1200-1400
FAT = 32-56 / 30-50
MUFA = NOT SURE / 10-20
Protein = 60-127 / 60-80
Carbs = 163-236 / 165-210
FIBER = NOT SURE / 30-40

Reeta we can do it anyways whichever is the way we are keeping our eye on the outcome so you tell me the way you like it we will do it.

I am completely on board with this one because I think this is the key to making strides in our weight loss efforts!

Are we going to post similar stats like we had started end of June or do you want to base it only on monitoring each other's trackers?

Since so many of us are facing roadblocks in our journey towards fitness and even after realizing the problems we donít act upon it and need someone to nudge someone to point us towards right direction and as nutrition is the 80% of the equation and exercise and other things are rest 20%.

So if anyone wants to come and join the challenge they are most welcome .here we can comment about the trackers of anyone who is participating in the challenge, and the tracker should be made public.Anyone ready for tracker police .....
