I was not sure what target to set for MUFA intake so after checking, it basically indicated that calories from MUFA should be approx. 20% of total calories. In my case, that works out to 30 MUFA!

Here's my details:
June 24
calories = YES = 1409 (target is 1360-1710)
Fat = YES = 52 (target is 36-63)
MUFA = NO = 16 (target to 30-38)
Protein = YES = 84 (target is 60-141)
Carbs = YES = 182 (target is 181-262)
June 25
calories = YES = 1437 (target is 1360-1710)
Fat = NO = 26 (target is 36-63)
MUFA = NO = 5 (target to 30-38)
Protein = YES = 80 (target is 60-141)
Carbs = YES = 225 (target is 181-262)
June 26-
calories = YES = 1381 (target is 1360-1710)
Fat = NO = 27 (target is 36-63)
MUFA = NO = 5 (target to 30-38)
Protein = YES = 52 (target is 60-141)
Carbs = YES = 242 (target is 181-262)
June 27
calories = YES = 1446 (target is 1360-1710)
Fat = YES = 38 (target is 36-63)
MUFA = NO = 15 (target to 30-38)
Protein = YES = 55 (target is 60-141)
Carbs = YES = 224 (target is 181-262)
June 28
calories = YES = 1404 (target is 1360-1710)
Fat = YES = 41 (target is 36-63)
MUFA = NO = 14 (target to 30-38)
Protein = YES = 58 (target is 60-141)
Carbs = YES = 216 (target is 181-262)

Reeta to track MUFA you have to goo on my nutrition page and on top of that you will get change nutrition goal tab you can add MONOUNSATURATED FAT in fact any micronutrint you want to track from there and add it .

Hi Rekha - u can count me in. I had already added this to my weekly goals to limit my calories to 100 calories above my minimum range. How are u going to calculate the MUFA?

From today onwards i am challenging myself to have calories in My range (except few days i am eating less most of the time) and try to have my range of Fats(MUFA) and proteins. If any one wants to join me You are welcome .

June 24-cals=1160 NO
MUFA= 12 DONE
Protien= 57 NO
Carbs= 168 DONE albeit upper range


June 25-cals=1261 yes ( 1240-1590)
MUFA= 12 DONE (10-15)
Protien= 60 YES (60-130)
Carbs= 182 DONE (168-242) i have assigned my self my upper range 170 only

June 27-cals -1,234 DONE
Carbs-137 GOOD
MUFA-14
Protein-54

June 28-cals -
Carbs-
MUFA-
Protein-

June 29-cals -
Carbs-
MUFA-
Protein-

June 30-cals -
Carbs-
MUFA-
Protein-
