MN : 2ghee dosa,chutney,1tbs sambar,1c tea.
LN : 1Crice,bittergoursd thoran,curd,vegtables
DN : 2pcs bread,1 fried egg
SN : mango slices,banana,4biscut,milk shake

Water: 8gls.

Exercise:
30m W,5m ST,daily household chores.

Felt good. Had a visit to my parents in the evening.

Hi, every one in the team. Since our team is related with Indian food I thought of begining a new challenge related to this in our team. Most of us might have done this in India unite team before. When we do thatwe becomes more accountable & besides it is fun. What do you guys think? emoticon
