Sorry!!just could not keep track of the things as my sisters husband had cardiac surgery last week and i had my parents visiting at my place along with looking after my sisters kid so got busy with that could not get proper exercise (how could i when whole day i was on my toes) and on the top of that my maid and cook were on leave together so it was totally exhausting... now everything is setteled from today i am starting again
MY NUTRITION CHALLENGE: 1. Keep my carbs between 100-150g a Day. 2. Eat a whole grain twice a day. Breakfast & Lunch only. 3. Eat 6-7 times a day basing my meals around lean protein. 4. all meals include a lean protein and a choice of complex carb(fruit, veggies, Brown rice, Beans & Legumes)Nothing processed.
Monday- DONE! Tuesday-DONE! Wednesday-DONE! Thursday-DONE! Friday- I go over my carbs. today. Saturday-DONE! Sunday-
