Saturday- 741 (Mother Teresa 5K Run 9.00AM)
MY NUTRITION CHALLENGE:
1. Keep my carbs between 100-150g a Day.
2. Eat a whole grain twice a day. Breakfast & Lunch only.
3. Eat 6-7 times a day basing my meals around lean protein.
4. all meals include a lean protein and a choice of complex carb(fruit, veggies, Brown rice, Beans & Legumes)Nothing processed.
Friday- I go over my carbs. today.
