Tuesday- only 10 min. of yoga.(AM)evening time i got busy with my friend. My treadmill broke today. I was so mad.
for this week no white flour, white rice or any fried food. I do not eat those so, this is not challenge for me.
MY NUTRITION CHALLENGE:
1. Keep my carbs between 100-150g a Day.
2. Eat a whole grain only once a day. Either in the breakfast or Lunch.
3. Eat 6-7 times a day basing my meals around lean protein.
4. all meals include a lean protein and a choice of complex carb(fruit, veggies, Brown rice, Beans & Legumes)Nothing processed.
Tuesday- DONE!! today was attempting day for me. I really want to eat white rice but i didn't.
Thursday- I eat too many carbs.
