Suman we did exercise but you were too good with your food habits. emoticon for that this week i will also try to lower my carbs intake lets see if it helps me to break my plateau .

RAGGARWALAX- & REKH emoticon You guys did great job with your exercise. I am proud of you. This week i was being lazy exercise wise. My treadmill broke on Wednesday, i know that is not my excuse but i was so mad about that. I am training for my 5k run i did not do that either this week. I am putting my self together to start my program tomorrow. I can not be like this.

RAGGARWALAX- emoticon job. Make your self *me time*, when you do exercise. I do one hr in the morning & one hr in the evening.

hmmmmmm - I guess I will have to start living at the gym in order to burn 600 calories. I wonder if my family would miss me??? By the way, I did go to the gym for almost 2 hours today so I managed to actually burn just over 600 calories :-) Now if I could just do that every day!

RAGGARWALAX- It's not very hard to burn 3500 cal. in a week. You just had to plan ahead your week. You max out 500 cal. a day. You just have to do 2hrs a day exercise. emoticon

WOW - you guys are so ambitious! I think I would have to live at the gym in order to burn so many calories - LOL

FITNESS
Total calorie burn = 2400
Monday- 197 calories
Tuesday- 635 calories + 20 min ST
Wednesday- 525 calories
Thursday- 685 calories
Friday-0 calories
Saturday- 500 calories
Sunday-
NUTRITION
I don't normally eat white flour or fried food, however, I do eat white basmatic rice and I already had some last night so cannot commit to that! My challenge is going to be to not eat any namkeen (my downfall) and eat a minimum of 6-8 veggies/fruit every day.

Wednesday - 4
Thursday - 5
Friday - 3
Saturday - 8

MY NUTRITION CHALLENGE:
1. Keep my carbs between 100-150g a Day.
2. Eat a whole grain only once a day. Either in the breakfast or Lunch.
3. Eat 6-7 times a day basing my meals around lean protein.
4. all meals include a lean protein and a choice of complex carb(fruit, veggies, Brown rice, Beans & Legumes)Nothing processed.

Monday- DONE!!
Tuesday- DONE!! today was attempting day for me. I really want to eat white rice but i didn't. emoticon

Wednesday- DONE!!
Thursday- I eat too many carbs.
Friday- DONE!!
Saturday- DONE!!
Sunday-DONE!!
