Things I like about it:
1) it changes based on how you find the work outs. Making them harder or easier as needed.
2) it tells you if you are on pace, too slow or too fast
3) you can sync with your garmin, run keeper, and a little work Nike +
4) It does timed intervals.
5) It is free.
It helped me finish my last 1/2 marathons. I cut my half marathon 2.5 hours to 2 hours.
