Nike + is an exercise tracking thingy. Using iPod's with pedometers, iPhones with GPS, or their sports kits. Then these devices give a score in Nike Fuel Points. Recently they have their own pedometer thingy(sorry for the technical jargon.) called a fuel band that measures movement and gives points. Also they have an xbox 360 program that ties into to the same scoring thing.

I use the GPS Nike app on my phone. Lately I've switched to runmeter. Nike is simple and easy to use. You can get the shoe and foot pod, but the app for your phone has an indoor setting and just needs to be clipped to your belt. If you don't have the phone app you can get the watch and foot pod. Nike makes a shoe or show clip that the pod fits into.

added! :) I use the Fuelband, though. I have the Nike+ shoe thing but haven't actually done anything with it yet.

I think I added you. I tried. I don't run with Nike as often now that the challenges have become a thing of the past.

I don't use Nike+. I love Runkeeper and my Garmin.

It is motivating to have others doing the same thing. I like a little competition and spurring each other on.
