I should have set this challenge up earlier (like the beginning of the year) but better late than never!
So here's the challenge...
Do pushups AT Least 3x per week and set your own goal for the year. personally, I would like to do at least 300 per week (3 days per week - 3 sets each time, average of 33 per set). Not sure what that comes out to at the end of the year but i'll go with about 45 weeks at 300 per week = um, 13,000. That actually seems like alot and i want to do other strength training, so i'll go with 10k for the rest of the year - starting tonight. :-)
