My goal is to get 12 miles in before the month is over.
Feb 19: 2.28 miles Feb 21: 2.32 miles Feb 23: 2.32 miles (plus 11 miles cycling but I won't count it) Feb 26: 2.62 miles (plus 3 mi cycling & 1.2 mi on the elliptical but I won't count it) Feb 28: 3.27 miles (I warmed up and cooled down on the treadmill this time - oops broke the gym time limit. No elliptical or cycle today)
Total: 12.81 miles (not counting elliptical) Total including elliptical: 14.01 miles.

I'm all new to running and the group so in February I only have...a few days left! But I'm running just over 2 miles a day 3 days a week so I want to make sure I make all those days.
I've got 5 running days in Feb (started on the 19th). My goal is to get 12 miles in before the month is over.
