Just checking in. It has been a few months but I have still been doing my crunches/ ab work outs with some Ab Training with Gilad, Bodies in Motion. I have not been able to keep track of how many I do, but it is great. I also have been focused on core work outs to help strengthen my lower back. Any who, just wanted to stop by and say Hi! emoticon
I have taken a bit of a break from running and have had a hard time getting my running motivation back again.

Does this only include crunches or any ab exercises like obliques, leglifts, bicycles, but ups, and v-ups? If it's all together, I'm at 270-270-9730. If it's straight crunches, 90-90-9910.

So, I started with this abs training today because I felt that I wasn't progressing any longer. I don't know EXACTLY how many crunches I did, but since I did all 8 minutes (2 sets x 7 exercises), I'm going to go with 140, which should be pretty close. I almost forgot to check in. Yesterday was a very bad day for me and I did no sparking at all.

Today I did do 150 crunches. Also, 9 minutes of Coach Nichole's ab work out for 15 minutes. I need to go back and make sure I recorded everything.

Way to go! I missed a couple of days and have some catching up to do. Thank you for starting this challenge. I had a lower back accident back in the mid 90'st, and my PT said Core exercises will help. Knock on wood, but no problems in the last few years. And it has helped my running. Woo Hoo!

I've been doing them too..up to 460. took the week off from running due to a sore area so I have been cross training..boy am I sore! Got to stay on top of the every part of the body not just the legs!

Welcome back, I hope you are feeling better. I did my sit ups 120 but also did Coach Nichols sit up work out and did not count the number. 9 minutes of burn.

Wow- that seems really high and thus of course an interesting challenge. It's pretty unrealistic for me however. I'd aim for half of that.

I got the Fitbit partially so I didn't have as much to track. I definitely do crunches as part of my ab routine for strength training, but count me out.
