W = Water, Water, Water = earn a point for every 8 oz that you drink = max of 10 points
I = Inform Yourself: Read a Spark article or take a spark trivia quiz =10 points
N = No Junk Food = 10 points
T = Tell a team buddy hello and offer some encouragement = 10 points
E = Exercise minimum 10 minutes every day doing anything! = 10
R = Record all your food and workouts in Spark People Nutrition & Fitness Trackers = 10 points

On Wednesday a bonus challenge worth 50 points will be posted on this thread.
