Laughter is the Best Medicine Challenge July 2 - 17
L - share a funny joke, story, cartoon, etc something to lighten your teammates moods on the team thread - 10 points
A - add a rainbow of color to your diet - eat freggies from four of the five color groups (green, red, blue/purple, orange/yellow and white) - 20 points
U- unwind with 15 minutes "me" time - 10 points
G - get up and move - 2- points for each 20 points of cardio (max 120 points )
H - have a dose of reality - track and stay within calorie range - 30 points
T- teamwork - give out a word of encouragement on a teammates page - 10 points
E - energize - get 5 hours sleep nightly - 10 points
R- rehydrate - drink a minimum of 8-8 oz glasses of water a day - 10 points

Since this challenge is starting a little late it will run an additional two days. They say that laughter is the best medicine so let's see of this applies to weight loss too.
