12/08 S - 60 min. Tried to eat smart at party tonight. :) :)
12/09 Sunday. Ate only a cookie & cracker at our coffeetime after am church. :)
12/10 M - 55 min. Ate light today. :) :)
12/11 T - 0 min. Sick
12/12 W - 0 min. Sick
12/13 R - 0 min. Sick
12/14 F - 0 min. Sick
12/15 S - 0 min. Still a little sick. Feeling better though.

DID TERRIBLE THE REST OF THE MONTH! NO EXERCISE! Will start again in 2013!!

BEEN EATING LIGHT BECAUSE OF STOMACH BUG. I DID 60 MIN EXERCISE TUESDAY.

In the stillness of the moment, my heart lifts up a prayer. I sit quietly, knowing I am not alone. Gently, I hear the voice of my heavenly Father assuring me, I am with you, and that is enough!

I GOT THIS IN EMAIL AND WANTED TO SHARE. I DONE 60 MIN OF EXERCISE YESTERDAY. STOMACH BUG IS WORSE TODAY SO I DON'T KNOW ABOUT EXERCISE. I WILL MAKE WISE CHOICE EATING LIGHT.

12/12/12 EATING RIGHT WILL EXERCISE
12.13 EXERCISE 30 MIN.
12 14 EXERCISE 15 MIN

NOT REALLY DOING MUCH EXCEPT GETTINGS THINGS READY FOR CHRISTMAS

HUBBY AND I HAVE BEEN SICK WITH COLD OR FLU SINCE CHRISTMAS HAVE NOT REALLY BEEN DOING ANYTHING TRYING TO GET WELL. BE GLAD TO START A NEW YEAR

12/03...Exercise...68 minutes...opted for an after dinner walk instead of watching TV
12/04...Exercise...73 minutes...chose extra glasses of water versus any sodas.
12/05...Exercise...69 minutes...had veggies instead of something sweet for a snack
12/06.. Exercise...65 minutes...
12/07...Exercise...70 minutes...It is so hard to say no to sweet snacks. I will do better.
12/08...Exercise...69 minutes...
12/09...Rested Today...
12/10...Exercise...70 minutes...had veggies for my snacks
12/11...Exercise...72 minutes...drank extra water
12/12...Exercise...68 minutes...walked extra after last meal
12/13...Exercise...67 minutes...
12/14...Exercise...70 minutes...ate extra fruits and veggies instead of sugary treats
12/15...Exercise...70 minutes...went way over my limit
12/16.. Rested Today...
12/17...Exercise...66 minutes...Ate very light and drank lots of water
12/18.. Exercise...71 minutes...Did not make good choices, will do better
12/19...Exercise....68 minutes...Ate very light today and made better choices today
12/20...Exercise....70 minutes...Kept up the extra water and had a late evening walk
12/21...Exercisel...67 minutes...Ate lots of veggies and fruit
12/22...Exercise...70 minutes...Fell off the wagon...ouch!
12/23...Rested Today...
12/24...Exercise...69 minutes...I ate enough for three people...Ugh!!
12/25...Rested Today...Holiday
12/26...Exercise...68 minutes...Trying to get myself back on track again...
12/27...Exercise...65 minutes...Ate more veggies and fruit and drank lots of water
12/28...Exercise...70 minutes...Had a slimfast shake for breakfast and lunch and then had a small meal for dinner with no dessert.

December's challenges are in line with enjoying a happy, healthy, holiday season!
As always, keep exercising. The second challenge is to try and do something daily
that is wise and helping you obtain your goals (i.e. "Wise Choices")!
