THIS CHALLENGE IS NOW OVER!! Any posting after this will not even be read.

The winner this month once again is BUTTERFLY1411!!!! She exercised 1736 minutes for the month which is an average of 58 minutes everyday!!!!!!!!!! Way way way way way to go!!!!! She is an awesome example to all of us! If we want to be successful, we have to put in the time! It can't be done in any other way!!! (I'm speaking mostly to myself here!)

Goal: Exercise 5-6 times a week. Record calorie differential for each day, and try not to have more calories in than calories expended!

HAVE HAD BAD FIBRO FLARE SO REALLY NOT DONE ANYTHING. WILL GET BACK ON TRACK VERY SOON . FEELING BETTER TODAY.

DONE 25 WINDMILL TOE TOUCHES EVERYDAY. I CONTACT SPARKFRIENDS AT LEAST ONE DAY

DONE EXERCISES 5 OUT OF 7 DAYS. COMMITED ON A BLOG TODAY
NOT FELT GOOD NO EXERCISE BUT HAVE GIVEN GOODIES AND COMMENTED ON BLOGS

MY COMPUTER HAS BEEN DOWN SO THE LAST DAY OR TWO NO ENCOURAGEMENT NO EXERCISE STILL HURTING

Once again, this month's challenges are simple: Keep track of your exercise & send a message (or messages) of encouragement to another Spark Person during the month and make a note here when you do this.

If you have another goal, post that and then see how you do. Hopefully others "watching" you will encourage you in it!

It's hard to believe, but soon Thanksgiving will be here. I wish you and your family a Blessed Thanksgiving.
