As often as you want in 2012, post here to show how you are doing with your weight.
Most will be trying to lose weight. Perhaps someone is trying to gain. What you should do is post your beginning weight or a goal of how many pounds you'd like to lose. Then come back and update your post to reflect your weigh-ins. If you do well, have fun and post sideways smiles. :)
Here are two examples to help show what I mean.
Post something like this:
Jan 3 - 208.
Jan 20 - 207. (1 lb lost) :)
OR like this:
Jan 1 - I want to lose 10 lbs this year.
Jan 19 - lost 1 lb (total 1 lost) :)
Jan 31 - lost .5 lb. (total l.5 lost) :)
