Actually I am under calories, although over on sodium.

I have a special message:
emoticon Happy Easter to all.

I have strict instructions from my five year old granddaughter to arrange with the Easter Bunny to recycle the plastic Easter Eggs. They are in a Marsh Bag hanging on a kitchen chair. So Please, Easter Bunny, stop by soon.

I will wait 15 minutes before saying "yes" to snacking. Usually after 15 minutes the urge has passed or I've been able to come up with a healthy alternative.
