I'm trying to walk between 15 and 30 minutes a day. (I usually do about an 18 minute mile)... plus my "daily" routine, which is fairly active.

Please excuse my language, but I am totally KICKING ASS on my workouts. So glad I rejoined the gym. Took an hour long cardio kick class today and put the "skinny" girls to shame. Can I just say, I am woman, hear me ROAR!!!!!!!

I'm back on my 6 day training... 3 upper body and 3 lower + carido!!! I haven't felt this good in years!!!! I'm to the point i cant wait to get home so i can hit the weights and treadmill.. Looking forward to going hiking and getting the bicycles out with the kids as soon as the weather breaks....

I am a very easy going gal that loves people and wants to know as many as I can. I want to make new friends so I can enjoy more of life. When people get to 55 or 60 there are some that think life should be over but guess what it is just beginning. Maybe 50 years ago it was over but not now people are living longer and working in their 70's. I would have been if I didn't have leukemia and it does not stop me but I have good days and bad, so being home if I need rest, I rest, at work I couldn't do

Sunday, I did my rotator cuff exercises and swam for 60 minutes.

Today, I did my strength training routine and did yoga for 60 minutes.

Tomorrow is Sweat class! I must remember to bring water!

I walked from the house to the car which is just a short distance. Then into the post office and back to the car. Not much but like you said its a start. Will try and do more tomorrow. Its too cold outside to walk far. But need to go shopping tomorrow so will get in some walking then. Hope everyone is doing just a little to keep you in shape

It doesn't matter how much or how little you did, it's important to do something. Even if you just walk to the end of your driveway. Today do it once, tomorrow do it twice. Let's encourage each other and seeing what others are doing is a great way to do that. So come here daily, or when ever you excercise and let us know what you did.

Today I finally got on the treadmill. Walk/run, mostly walked, but it is a start.
