Didn't get out today~well at least not for a walk.....today's exercise was two hours of bowling! I might feel it tomorrow in my legs......heard the color run 5k is in May. I would be willing to do it, May is kind of a rough emotional month for me~might not be a bad idea to have something to focus on.

looking through Sparkvideos.....14 min basic yoga work out, intro to pilates with Coach Nicole~ not really a work out....just pointers to help me workout correctly. and wrapped it up with 10 minute pilates thigh workout also with Coach Nicole.....oooh yeah, definitely feeling aftermath on that one!

Ended up doing one round of my circuit, one round of his machines, 15 min on stairs, and then we showed one another our favorite ab exercises. I had a lot of fun and even learned a few things!
