LOL still have a week...

wanted to get into the 170's and i will take 179

by my birthday April 1st....

at 182.... I may still make it.... will see
(sunday was between 181 and 182 today said clearly 182 so it is possible)

Well mine were to stay on track for Lent and to loose 6 pounds.

I did mediocre. I am glad that with food I was able to stick more closely to what I wanted to avoid for Lent but didn't quite make it.

I lost 3 pounds this month but had gained two which makes my actual weight loss (well we still have about a week!) 1 pound. But I say 1 pound is better than none!

I'm sticking with it!

My goal to walk 5 days a week for the month: 3 faster days, 2 days just at a mosey kind of pace, for an hour each time.

SINCE I GET WEIGHED I MARCH 24TH, I'M TRYING TO LOSE AS MUCH WEIGHT POSSIBLE. I WANT THAT SCALE TO MAKE MY DAY. ALSO TO CONCENTRATE MORE ON MY FOOD INTAKE.
