I can roll up approximately a half-mile of electric fence (manually...the roller has yet to be put together) in a 8 hour work day. It's definitely an entire body work out, especially after nine months of doing office work!
I may not know what I'm doing, but I sure as hell am doing it well.

during our step class the instructor had us do something different i think she called it the plank u put only your forearms and toes on the ground with your back straight and try to stay like that for a minute i made it for 30 seconds but i will make it for a minute soon ha! it is harder than it looks or sounds i hope everyone who reads this will try it u will love this challange

So tell the team how many you can do. Whether it's jumping jacks or jumping rope or push ups or crunches or steps or miles. Tell us what you did today. Set a goal and reach it. Don't forget to tell us if you timed yourself. There's a big difference between walking a mile a minute and a mile an hour....LOL Have fun and Stay fit!
