*I do just dance on the wii for atleast 30 minutes everyday and my toddler stands beside me and copies the moves I swear she does better than me LOL. *The park is my biggest workout we go twice a day an hour each time and I do everything my daughter does and wow it's a good workout! *I also do the airplane and some other gymnastic types moves with her like rolling tumbling ect fun and works up a sweat! *Walking at the duck pond feeding ducks and getting in a few miles is always fun as well :)

I will do a more detailed intro in the proper forum post, but suffice to say that I am a professional clown, magician, and face painter.
Some fun ideas that I have incorporated: *When training for an EXTREME 5K I let my kids take me on an obstacle course through the local playground. I had to do whatever they did ... swingsets, under park benches, etc.
* We regularly have Wii Game nights with active games (Just Dance, Zumba, Gold's Gym Cardio, etc.)
*Why walk when you can skip?
*Make lifesize (and active) versions of your favorite games. For CLUE, you have to move yourself to various rooms and name suspects.
