Because both my wife and I work at TTU we have begun bicycle riding to work everyday. We also both get off of work at 4:00 so we have decided that we will begin riding to the TTU pool and swimming some laps, as well as enjoying some time in the lazy river and the hot tub before we ride home. It is fun and hopefully it will help us stay fit over the summer.

It was great!!! The first 12 miles were all uphill, the last 13 were downhill or even. We made it in 3 1/2 hours.,and we were so happy to be able to finish. And we werent' last, either. There were probably 10 or so behind us. In the last two months we have ridden about 175 miles. I just turned 59 yesterday; my husband turns 60 in July, and we are feeling pretty good. Thanks for asking!!!

That's great! I'm doing a diabetes ride on Father's Day. My sister and I are riding 33 miles. How was the ride?

Being that I had 3 heart surgeries from Nov. 08 to Decekber of 09, and have two knee replacements., I am thrilled to say my husband and I are going to bike a Quarter Century, or 25 miles at the Shasta Jambouree on May 2. We are so excited, and have been training almost every day. We're not fast, but it is fun!!
