That sounds like what I need. I used to have a pilates dvd and one of the 10-min. workouts was a stretch routine. I have problems with joint and muscle stiffness myself, so I found myself doing the stretch routine first, figuring that would be better than nothing, but by the time I finished I felt much better and was up for a workout.
