That sounds like what I need. I used to have a pilates dvd and one of the 10-min. workouts was a stretch routine. I have problems with joint and muscle stiffness myself, so I found myself doing the stretch routine first, figuring that would be better than nothing, but by the time I finished I felt much better and was up for a workout.

I don't know if you will consider this fun but I love it. More importanly I need it. I think joint stiffness and tight muscles kept me from even wanting to exercise. There is a program on Public Televison called Classical Stretch. Miranda Esmonde-White (former dancer) is like a rubber band. I just do the best I can. She is an excellent teacher, showing how to and explaining the benefits of the movements as she does them.
