That's great! I just started a walk/run training program that I found on SP. I've never been a runner, but I'm enjoying it. I also have fallen in love with spinning! Lots of runners use it as cross training since it's basically no impact on your knees, ankles & hips. But it's a great cardio & leg workout. I also do the QFC & love them!
