Thanks for the tip about walmart having this. I am sure going to check into it. Would give me a way to exercise easily at home. My trailer is not that wide so cant fit other things to exercise with into my living room

HOTMOMA if your back bothers you ,maybe you shouldn't do floor work. I found that doing my floor work on the bed or the bean is much easier. Workout pain prevents me from being able to do enough reps for it to matter. Trying to balance on the Flexiball got it put in the corner too. But sometimes I use it as my computer chair. The Bean cradles your butt and neck with lumbar support so you can actually do pain free crunches in a low rocking chair position. I think $15 for no pain is a steal especially if they are still giving the lifetime warranty.
The swiss/physio balls look the same as what I refer to as the Flexiball. I'm not even sure why I started calling it that.

What is this Bean all about? My back hurts when I try to do the workouts on the floor, will this help with that? It looks interesting and probably worth the investment but when you don't have much to invest would it be worth it?

OK you might like this one too!!! I paid $50 for the Bean Deluxe but now Walmart has them for $14.88. You can do all the Flexiball exercises on it without the fear of falling over. Great AB workout. Can you tell I have a gut ... LOL
