Taking an exercise class at my local gym when I'm bored with my routine; the camaraderie and energy helps :-) Also, I do intervals on a treadmill (or any other cardio machine) to keep things interesting. If you do weights, you could try changing the moves or the weights and reps.

I'm still working on losing. It's been a very long and hard road for me. I have to change my exercise routine b/c I get bored really easily. Right now I am doing step aerobics - which at first was hard to learn but now it's fun and I have friends there with me so that makes it more fun!
I do not find exercise fun but I know wwe need to keep at it. I listen to music, have varity and do Yoga (my favorite(. I am now into the the spring items, so working outside can be fun if not done for to long a stretch.
