I suggest the team wake up and get re-engernized. Next week: let's shoot for at least 100 mins of cardio and 30 mins of strength training.

Exercising is non-negotiable & consistency is the key to our success!

We have a non-spoken/mentioned challenge going on in another team I'm on, in which we're striving to fit into bikinis we're checking out online or in stores. I think three of four of us have already put up pics of our selections and we're using it for motivation. Maybe we can do something like that here? Aim to lose a certain amount or to maintain by a certain day before Summer?

I was thinking about maybe a walk it out challenge. Something everyone can do without having to leave home. This too would help in meeting the goal for some other challenges like the SP 10-min daily exercise streak challenge.

Great idea. So far this year, things haven't been too good, but it's beginning to pick up. I started tracking my food and water again. I've also been doing at least 30 mins. of low impact aerobics most days but no strength training because I'm getting over a back/hip injury. I'm up for a team challenge.
