Great idea. So far this year, things haven't been too good, but it's beginning to pick up. I started tracking my food and water again. I've also been doing at least 30 mins. of low impact aerobics most days but no strength training because I'm getting over a back/hip injury. I'm up for a team challenge.
Today I will be and do the best that I can. I will not make excuses for the things that I are within my control. And for those that are not, I will learn to improvise. ~YANDI
