We have weights, a towel for and a pillow for the rolling wheel in the office. There's a calendar with everyone's name on it and a column for each equipment. you do and go at your own pace and hopefully once a day. My challenge for myself is to increase my count weekly.

One secret is when I'm at home relaxing I don't sit for more than 30 minutes and I get up and move around for at least 10 minutes even if it's to vaccum the floor or wash some dishes. I also try to drink most of my water during the day while I'm at work, it helps me to get my water in and it keeps me from waking up at night with bathroom trips. :)

My secret to success is not being to hard on myself when I slip up (not exercise one day, eat something bad, etc.) I find that when I beat myself up I only get worse but if I take a deep breath and refocus I can keep moving forward with minimal set back.
