I am new to this team and I wanted to share something that might be of help.
The DBSA (Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance) has a wonderful, new website for people with bipolar, bipolar II disorders and depression where one can keep track of mood, medicines taken and other wellness related goals and issues. It is free and it helps one stay in touch with oneself better. The website is: www.facingus.org. I thought maybe we could set a goal to use the website to keep track of our daily mood (and other wellness goals chosen by you as you set them there) and hopefully have a more supportive new year.
