If I can lose the 5# this week that I gained while I was gone and lose 2 per week that will put me at a 37# loss so I am going for 27 which may be less stressful for me and if I go over I'll be that much happier. That will put me at 147 at Christmas. emoticon emoticon That would be the best.

Weighing in today I was excited to see that I am at 175.5 lbs. With my stated amount of 20 lbs to lose, this makes me have a goal of hitting 155.5.

Once a month I will post the thread for that month. This challenge starts September 1st. Please post your starting weight and how much your personal weight loss goal is for this challenge.
STARTING WEIGHT 218.5
My personal goal is 20 lbs or to break 200.

I had to do my measurements for a challenge that ends Sunday so I'll use them for this one. You do not have to do measurements but it is another way to see progress.
