Since my mother is French, and I was born in Italy I am in love with sauces. I however, hate condiments, and can't eat dairy and other American things that contain your milk. If you want I can give you some sauces that are very good if you want to try them.
I'm the worlds fussiest eater, I must be. I just don't find sauces very appetising. My partner makes a 'cauliflower cheese'. He par boils the cauliflower, then melts grated cheese onto it an throws on a few pieces of grilled bacon. I'm getting to like that as a meal, with a few cherry toms.

Oh Guamchef - chili!!! Noooo. LOL I hate chili or anything hot LOL. Just way way too hot for my poor taste buds. I must admit, I do like parsnip but it's the wrong time of year for that and I can just about say I like swede. It's the green stuff I don't like which I need to try and eat.
Hate veggies but love chili? Here is an answer to your prayers. Take your favorite meat chili recipe and make it without the meat. You know all of the basics ingredients, onion, garlic, tomatoes, and seasonings. Just add your favorite veggies and some of your not so favorites ad you will be surprised at what a satisfing and filling dish that this makes.

Nothing to do with this challenge, but I added cauliflower, broccoli and general green stuff to my diet. I hate veg. Can't say I enjoy eating this stuff but it's s'posed to do me good. Still think it's yuck.
I need to add more protein to my diet, chicken or fish or anything. But I just don't enjoy eating it.
Give me a pickled onion sandwhich anyday.
