Nice! I should talk to a doctor about my plan too. I'm in another country at the moment though. The culture here is quite different especially about being overweight so I think he might ask me to ramp it up and I'm not ready for that. This works for me because it's at my own pace with no pressure.

That is great. I did hold myself accountable, as I said I just had to modify the exercises, so I used the exercises on here, and worked with a doctor to get te weight off.

Meh, it's ok! I don't mind just remembering that I did it. I just LOVE feedback and accountability and that's why this system has worked really well for me.

I am not sure as I don't use the work out plan on here. I did at the beginning, but as I have a muscle disease, I had to modify it with my doctor, so I can't use the Spark one. Hopefully someone can answer that.

Hehehe... oh yeah I count, but I just meant that the work out plan gives you 2 sets at 15 reps. Is there a way to change that? I'm up for the challenge. I might have troubles squeezing in 5 more min of cardio per session though as my swimming time is fixed by the pool schedule. :) I'll try my best.

I'm in. I will be trying to keep up with the people on the P90X Ab Ripper Video. I am slowly but surely getting there. There are over 300 ab reps in the workout. I'm probably doing between 100-150.

You should be tracking you min of exercise if you are doing your cardio like walking now, and counting your exercise if you are doing sit ups, or jumping jacks. It really helps you if you are counting, or tracking because as you improve in these, you will notice a difference in how much easier they get and how much more energy you have. You will also need this if you want to bulk up an area or go for more stamnia (spelling on that?)

Since June is almost here, the newest challenge for this wonderful and engerized class is to take it to the next level. Add 5 or 10 (if you can) extra to whatever exercise you do. ie 5 more jumpjacks or 5 more min to walking.
