Thanks for the suggestions. I will indeed try some. I had someone suggest peanut butter, but I think I'll avoid it, but I do want to try overnight oats, try it cool

you could also mix oats with yoghurt and soak overnight in fridge then in the morning you just eat it cold. like bircher muesli but healthier

Try adding raisins or dried fruit and flaxseed. Gives oatmeal some texture.

oats are great. I assume you are eating hot oatmeal.
add some cinnamon and or fruit.
I add them (uncooked) into my smoothies
you can make pancakes with them .

I'd like to know if anyone has any suggestions on things to add to oats. I love oats for breakfast but the same flavour is starting to get more and more boring.
