On the east side of GB - Titletown Fitness is the best bang for your buck! $10 a month and no contracts. I have heard good things about Planet Fitness, also $10 a month and Gold's Gym - same price.

I like Titletown because I add unlimited tanning to my package for an extra $10.99 a month during winter to keep my Vitamin C coming :) :)

Check with your health insurance provider. I found out I get a discount for visiting a gym and I get 4 free visits to a dietician per year. They also had a weight management/healthy life style health coach program that a coach calls me regularly to help me set goals, be accountable, extra tips and suggestions. You pay for this stuff with your premiums might as well use it.

We're anytime fitness members, I live 10 minutes from both Military ave and Seymour locations, so it works great, I can get variety, workout whenever I want and I think it's like $30/month for the two of us (and if you are into tanning thats an extra 15/month for unlimited). I love that all of the equipment comes with TV's, just plug in your headphones and workout to the simpsons, or whatever you are in to!
I dislike that there are no classes offered, but they often do group challenges.

There is a guy who comes into my work for Zumba & yoga each week. He also holds classes around town (where he can lease space) for ~$7. (I know it's $7 for Zumba and think it's also for yoga.)

The Zumba classes are great to get a feel for what it is and he is good about gearing the class to the level of the attendees.

If anyone's interested, shoot me a message and I'll be happy to share his info.

I am a huge Fan of the YMCA of greater Green Bay! For one low month, you can use all four sites, and have unlimited acess to the pools, gyms, weight equipment, and tons of freee classes, plus premium classes available. I love the free Wellness coach, and all the challenges they are always having! If I miss a class, I can always run across town and make it up! Plus they have scholarship available if you can't afford to pay! greenbayymca.org/
