I was thinking that it would be nice to have a monthly goal that we all encourage each other to meet and succeed.
If we all post our one main goal for the month - whether it's lose 12 lbs, get a new job or try 4 new recipes - we can help to encourage each other to finish it and go above and beyond what we thought we could accomplish.
My main goal for April is to do at least 15 workouts at the gym . . I've done 2 already, so I have 13 more to go, but I know they will be a hard 13 due to all the training I have to complete this month.
I'll be looking for my Sista's continuous encouragement!!
