Hello ladies! This challenge is set for everyone in here who wants to get their cardio in full gear and see results. All you have to do is get 240 minutes of cardio a week. That's only 4 hours of cardio a week. Whether it is jogging, walking, dancing or doing water aerobics the goal is to meet 240 minutes/week. Start by posting your starting weight and each day you will post how much cardio you were able to complete. At the end of the month, September 30th, you will post your cardio total for the month and your end weight. Are you up for the challenge? I am
