Good for you.

I hear Green Tea Can Help You Lose Weight. Have you hear that? Is it true Green tea is more beneficial than black tea? I myself don't like tea of any kind but I hope it helps you. Just don't add to much sugar.
According to recent research, tea is good for the cardiovascular system. It helps to prevent blood clots and open the arteries in people with serious heart disease. It is also rich in antioxidants which are proven to help reduce heart disease and some cancers. So that's great may be I should try to add a glass.

So far I've done well - no sodas at all. I still need to make sure I get my 8 glasses of water in though. That's something I struggle with. I've been drinking water and iced tea. I only count one cup of tea a day as water.

Everyday is a new start!

Here we go Steelers, here we go!!

OK, girls!
I would like to be the first one to issue a challenge for the upcoming week.
Let's all get off the sodas. I know we can do it!

I think a small victory like this would be just the thing to help kick off or re-kick-off our journeys.

Let me know what you think, will a few of you said you were in so how are you doing without your daily sodas.
I already had 10 glass of water and 4-ozs of juice.

So let's see the post come on ladies.
