It is also rich in antioxidants which are proven to help reduce heart disease and some cancers. So that's great may be I should try to add a glass.
So far I've done well - no sodas at all. I still need to make sure I get my 8 glasses of water in though. That's something I struggle with. I've been drinking water and iced tea. I only count one cup of tea a day as water.
OK, guys and girls! I would like to be the first one to issue a challenge for the upcoming week. Let's all get off the sodas. I know we can do it!
